Awareness is the key to Nirvana .

Awareness is the key to the eternal truth of Self.”

Enlightenment is having the total realization of oneself. It’s having the awareness, knowing, and understanding of oneself that goes deeper than what is taught and learned; beyond the temporariness of our senses.  All and Nothing – invites you to join me on my journey to meeting with Self. The memoir embraces wisdom, awareness, mindfulness, healing, and most difficult of all: facing myself.

After I opened my heart and mind and allowed myself to understand who I really was and the world before me, I came to realize myself more than what I had been taught to know about me and the world I lived in. This was after I faced myself continuously and allowed guides (Vishnu and Shiva, just to name a few) through meditation to help me prepare for the powerful and indescribable awakening to Self that was to come; such that I could never again forget who I was this life or the next.

However, following my awakening, I didn’t know what lay in store for me. My late grandfather, one of my guides who also led me to become self-realized, came into my meditation and told me to walk toward the golden sun. Little did I know that enlightenment wasn’t the end, but a gate that I had uncovered, leading to all dimensions and an eternal truth of who I truly was. Yet, I had to undergo the process of peeling off attachments, similar to before, so I could find balance between being and non-being and emptiness and fullness; so I could become who I had awakened to.

My second memoir: The Road to Nirvana is a continuation of my journey from when I attained enlightenment and takes readers through my process of self-understanding, remembering, and facing and putting away the conditions that blinded my eyes.
